Topics for exploring may include yoga postures, meditation, breathing techniques, cultivating a daily routine, Ayurvedic cooking and supplements, purifying, creative expression, friend and family harmony, work and home balance, life transitions, and beyond!
Each time we meet will be a unique experience depending on what is needed. There is beautiful potential in the evolving moment. We can chat, meditate, move, and flow in practice together.
During the virtual or in-person sessions, we will co-create a flexible plan that is easy to manage and sustainable for integrating these practices into everyday life.

MEDITATION PRACTICE
Siva Aditya will work with you through a simple yet effective approach to meditation. This offering is for beginning or advanced practitioners.
Seated meditation and breathing techniques will be the foundation of this practice. Addressing any perceived barriers will be vital in discussion.

SOUND HEALING
Sound healing works to shift the stress response in the body and promote relaxation. Once the body is in a relaxed state, the sound vibrations work to clear out energetic, emotional, mental and physical disturbances, while strengthening the immune system.
During the sound bath you will remain fully clothed while lying on a comfortable cotton massage mat. Siva Samantha will use the powerful vibrations of Indian brass singing bowls which are tuned specifically to healing frequencies. Other instruments such as gongs, pyramids, drums, flutes may be added in to stimulate the body to release tension, to restore its own harmony.
This therapeutic session promotes vitality and an awakening within the consciousness, which allows for transformation and healing to occur. An experience like this helps you to connect to your own inner rhythms and strength.
This session deeply effects the nervous system because the sound is heard through the ears and also felt the deep within the cells, tissues, muscles and bones. The waves of sound vibration travel through the room and are quickly absorbed by the body. The sound waves balance the brain hemispheres allowing you to reach a spontaneous state of meditation.

REIKI RELAXATION
Reiki is an energy-based healing practice that can lessen the impact of stress by supporting the body’s natural ability to heal itself. It can be helpful in dealing with:
Acute and chronic pain or discomfort
Pre-surgical preparation
Post-operative recovery
Healing of wounds and injuries
Effects of serious illnesses
Feelings of stress, anxiety, and worry
Sleep issues
One of the primary benefits of a Reiki session is relaxation. When we relax, our muscles become less tense, and our blood pressure, heart, and respiratory rate become lower. This response is the opposite of the "fight or flight" stress response. Instead, Reiki works to help you achieve a deep state of mental and physiological rest.
After a Reiki session, people often report less pain, better mental clarity, feelings of calm, and a generalized sense of well-being.
Reiki is offered by Siva Samantha using light touch or hands just above the physical body. It is safe, gentle, and non-invasive.
"The whole art of ecstasy, meditation, Samadhi is...
how to become one with the rhythm of the universe.
When it exhales, you exhale. When it inhales, you inhale.
You live in it, are not separate, are one with it."
~Rajneesh
