Tools for Ultimate Liberation

SOUND MEDITATION

Union Through Sound

Enjoy a deeply enriching Sound Meditation Session.​ These in-person sessions offer a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the transformative power of sound. This accessible and relaxed practice is suitable for everyone. Participants remain fully clothed during the session with the option to lay on a comfortable cotton massage mat or sit on a cushion or chair.

Session Structure:

  • Guided Centering- Begin with a calming introduction to ground your awareness.

  • Gentle Asana- Move through light postures to prepare your body for deeper relaxation.

  • AUM Chanting and Pranayama- Engage in vocalization and breathwork to enhance your meditative state.

  • Sound Bowl Experience- Hand-made brass bowls, crafted at the International Academy of Sound Healing in India, will be played in a rhythmic order to deepen your meditation.

The Power of Sound Bowls:

  • Each bowl is tuned to energetic frequencies corresponding to the seven main chakras, promoting balance and harmony.

  • Experience how sound vibrations travel through your body, reaching deep into your cells, tissues, muscles, and bones.

  • Balances brain waves and hemispheres to guide you into a spontaneous state of meditation.

Nāda Yoga Practice:

  • Rooted in ancient Vedic wisdom, Nāda Yoga is the practice of union through sound and vibration.

  • Realizing that the cosmos, including human beings, consists of sound vibrations that can harmonize our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual states.

  • This practice clarifies and balances the entire being while expanding awareness and optimizing energy flow.
